Red Wolf Global has opened an office in Hanoi to manage the northern half of Vietnam.

Undertaking the northern Vietnam enterprise is Mr. Hoàng Minh Thắng (Thang), who is acting as the Business Development Executive – North Vietnam.  The office is based in Hoan Kiem District in downtown Hanoi. Mr. Thang will generate the new business and oversee the maintenance and growth of Red Wolf Global’s logistics trade in the northern part of the Southeast Asian country

Mr. Thang has a solid Vietnam international logistics credential. His most recent appointment was in the maritime industry with East Sea Shipping Services, based in Hanoi. Before working in the Vietnam maritime industry Mr. Thang worked in international freight forwarding for the American company OIA Global and the Hong Kong-based firm On Time Worldwide Logistics.

 

Previously all of Red Wolf Global’s northern Vietnam freight forwarding business was handled from Ho Chi Minh City in the southern part of the nation. The new territory will start from the city Hue and run upwards to the Vietnamese border with China. This encompasses the major business areas of Hanoi, Vietnam’s capital and second-largest city. The territory also includes the major maritime port city of Haiphong, which is the North’s second-largest metropolitan area.

Business undertaken from the Vietnamese city Danang going southward will normally still be handled by our Ho Chi Minh City-based operation.
